1.The Enquiry

Fill in the contact form with all your details including the date of the wedding as well as location. Once you click submit it will be sent to me straight away and I will be able to check immediately if your date is still available in my dairy. Within 24h(usually much less then that)- I will reach out to say ‘‘Hello’’ and acknowledge your contact request so then you know its with me. Also i will confirm if your date is still available. In the enquiry you can also specify your preferred method of contact.

2.Catch Up

I will book a call for us so then we could know each other a little bit better and so you could have the opportunity to ask any questions. This stage is optional-if you feel like you would like to move forward with saving your date straight away, thats absolutely fine!

3.Save The Date

When you decide you are happy to move forward with securing your date I will send you a little template with information I would need for our contract as well as details for deposit purposes. Once the deposit is paid, you will receive confirmation and your booking will go straight into my calendar.

4.The Inspirational Brainstorm

If you are comfortable we can set up a group via WhatsApp which will include all three of us. It’s a great way to keep your partner engaged in the process and up to date. This will give us space to quickly and effectively communicate, share any updates, set up any catch ups, exchange inspiration and mood boards. Im here for you always so if you ever need anything Im just one text away.

5.Official Consultation

About 2 months before your wedding I will reach out to check up on you and to share a list of things we would need to start thinking about. Once you have all timings of the day locked with the venue as well as other vendors like MUA & hair in particular we will set the date for our official video consultation. During this call we will discuss EVERY aspect of your day-from the timings throughout confetti types just to make sure we have absolutely everything covered! And the great countdown begins…!

6.The Wedding Day

I will message you in the morning just to let you know Im on my way so you wouldn’t have to worry! When I arrive- first and foremost- I will come to see you and say ‘‘Hello’’ just to make sure you are okay! I will then move forward with doing detail shots eg venue, flowers, dress, jewellery etc. Once that’s done the real fun starts and I promise you it’s going to be EPIC! I will be completely honest with you- Wedding mornings can be stressful and overwhelming- but it will be part of my job to help you relax and not take it all that serious! The day will fly by so fast and so we need to make sure you are fully present in every moment and enjoy it to the fullest! I will be next to you every step of the way to help and support you as well as your bridal party with absolutely anything you need. It will be one of he most beautiful emotional rollercoasters of your life!

7.The Edit and Delivery Day

After the wedding ( don’t worry I will give you a breather) - I will message just to check up on you to make sure you had The Best Day Of Your Life. My editing process is based on three stages and will be completed in between 7-9 working weeks.

Stage 1- Selection- I will have to physically go though the entirety of material from your wedding (with full day coverage I usually end up with about 3.000-4.000 raw frames) and choose the best frames which I will edit.

Stage 2- Sampling- Once I have the best raw frames picked I will then be able to send you some samples so then you could see what to expect and to confirm you are happy with the edit. At this point you will be able to as well tell me if you want the whole album in colour/ b&w or mix.

Step 3- Editing- I will edit all your photographs one by one making sure they are all in line with my editing style and creates a beautifully crafted story of our day. Then I will either post them on a usb stick to you or send you a link to your online gallery which you can use to share with your loved ones as well as download it.
